Q: Is there a dress code?

A: Closed toe shoes are required for axe throwing. If you show up to your appointment without closed toe shoes, you will have to reschedule.


Q: Can I bring alcohol to my party?

A: You may bring Beer, Wine or Meade to your axe throwing party. We do not allow hard liquor of any kind. If you plan to BYOB, you will be asked to provide ID before entering the arena. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone who seems to be heavily intoxicated while participating in any event at our venue. This decision is the sole discretion of our experienced axe coaches. It is our mission to provide our community with a fun and safe public environment for parties and entertainment. 


Q: Is there a wait for walk ins?

A: We highly recommend booking your event ahead of time to guarantee your spot. We usually have availability for walk ins on Wednesday or Thursday evenings however, walk ins are accepted on a first come-first serve basis.


Q: Can I bring in food for my event?

A: Absolutely, you are more than welcome to order or bring food, drinks or cake to any event.  We do have  drinks available for sale, and fresh water available for our guests.


Q: How do I join The Valhalla Savage League? 

A: If you are interested in joining league,  sign up on our website. Leagues run once a week for 8 weeks. This is an exetremely fun way to network, meet new friends, and to release your inner savage!


Q: Do you supply all of the equiptment?

A: Yes, we supply the targets, axes, lanes and training. You can bring your own archery equipment or you can use our equipment for your archery training. We also supply the targets and training for archery.


Q: How old do you have to be to throw an axe?

A: All events and single lane throwers must be 18+ to participate in axe throwing without an adult. Ages 10+ can participate at any time with an adult signature and a parent or guardian present during their session. We do offer a youth league where children 8+ can throw with supervision of a parent or coaches.


Q: Can we take pictures?

A: Yes, photography is absolutely welcome. If you do post to social media, make sure you use the hashtags:




Q: Can my friends come to watch?

A: Yes, we encourage you to bring friends and family, if they are not participating, they will not be charged to spectate.


Q: What is the minimum and maximum amount of people do you need to reserve an appointment? 

A: For a one hour session, you can book an appointment for 1-6 throwers.

For a 2.5 hour session, book with between 6-40 people.


Q: How can I book online with my gift certificate?

A: When you are on our booking page, there will be a list of options to choose from. (Single thrower, 2 throwers, 3 throwers, etc.)  Scroll down until you see the option, "Book with a gift certificate or Voucher/Axe Throwing". When you choose that option, it will not prompt you for payment. Continue through booking your appointment and in the notes section, let us know how many people will be in your party.
